In order to continue with their strategy of optimising internal processes, our client decided to remove the promotion management process of one of their brands from the IBM Commerce platform, due to the fact that the IBM platform has a rigid structure that makes it difficult to integrate with third parties.
This situation gave rise to the need to develop a promotion management platform, in order to gain flexibility, scalability and to facilitate integrations with their systems in a simpler way.
