Electronic Administration
The rapid evolution of the IT world has increased the number of possibilities and options that can be offered in electronic and telematic services, together with the demand for specific services in this area.
The Public Sector has been forced not only to be a part of this trend but also to promote it - in so much as its relation with the population as well as inter-administrative integration, and the tools that come with its responsability.
The consequence of this trend is a constant evolution of the traditional processes in the Public Sector, with a move towards electronic procedures based on the lastest standards and technologies in the IT sector: eAdministration Systems.
Once the internal Public Sector systems are supported electronically, you can move on to the nest phase of the integration, and then on to the offering of telematic services to the general public.
Qindel Group has developed, in conjunction with the Public Sector, an advanced technological solution to support the roll out of electronic services and processes in a Public Sector client.
This solution provides the Public Sector client with technologies, tools and services to facilitate the implementation of internal eAdministration processes, the electronic integration with other clients in the same sector, in addition to offering telematic services to its citizens. Its main features are:
- Electronic Platform for Documentation Management
Aimed at the storage and management of all documentation and information related to eAdministration processes.
- Electronic Platform to support eAdministration processes
Aimed at defining, executing and management of electronic processes and procedures that support eAdministration services. The objective is twofold: to provide services to the Sector's own personnel and facilitate their work, and also to offer services directly to the citizen which are totally integrated with the body and its personnel.
- Services Publication System
Aimed at managing and delivering eAdministration services to the relevant people, whether they be citizens or civil servants, or other IT systems belonging to other parts of the Public Sector or their bodies.
- Portal for the citizen and the civil servant
Integrated with the aforementioned tools, adopted as a centralised point of access to eAdministration services for both civil servants and citizens.
The eAdministration platform developed by Qindel Group is based on open standards which are technologically advanced, Open Source and highly envolved. The standards associated are key to the exchange of information that is electronically signed (XMLDsig, Web Services, XADES, DNIe, PKI, etc.), all of which are integrated into the proposed solution right from the very start. |
